There are two main reasons why you may not be seeing your SportyHQ result on SquashLevels:
- Your results are not enabled to come over
- Your results are enabled to come over but we missed them
Here's a bit of background for these reasons:
Your results are not enabled
For any result to be included in the SportyHQ feed, both players need to be enabled. This is for GDPR reasons as players do need to know that their data is being passed from one system to another.
A player can be enabled if:
- Any of their federations (or organisations) have enabled them. This can apply to a whole federation at a time.
- If their league matches are enabled to come over - configured by the league organiser
- If their tournament matches are enabled to come over - configured by the tournament organiser
- If their club has enabled all of their players
You can usually tell if a player has been enabled because there is a link to SquashLevels (using our old logo) in the SportyHQ player profile.
If you are not enabled then it might be worth checking your opponent. If not then you could try getting in touch with the league or tournament organiser and ask if the league/tournament can be enabled.
Enabling a tournament needs to be done by the team at SportyHQ. Please ask your tournament organiser to get in touch with Luke Vaggers at SportyHQ - luke@sportyhq.com
If this is the case and you have just been enabled then it is likely your result will already past the point of being picked up normally and will need to be read in manually. Please read the section below!
We missed your result
We read results in using a three day moving window and that should catch any results that were entered in the last three days. The issue with the SportyHQ results feed is that we only pick up matches played in the last three days, *not* the matches that were updated in the last three days so, for example, a match played last week but only added yesterday will be missed.
If this applies to you then you'll need to get in touch with us so we can read them in manually. All we need to know is:
- What date was your match
- Who are you and who was your opponent
That way we can target the right day and check we've got your match.
Once we've read your match in it will appear in your history though please wait for the nightly processing to reprocess all your levels so that they are consistent. A match from two weeks ago will be updated in isolation and so not update the level for the following match. That will be sorted out by the nightly processing.
