This is a case that is likely to have happened around the February 2023 timeframe.
We found an issue with Stripe that, if your bank confirmation step failed then it would return a new status value that we were not allowing for and that left you with the membership you'd asked for but without paying for it!
We fixed this issue but we've also had to go through and remove all those memberships that users have not actually paid for - even though they thought they had.
Apologies if this has happened to you. Your membership has been reset so please have another go at signing up.
We can double check that you haven't paid at our end by checking the Stripe logs if you ask.
